Rassi Kaufman is a designer and founder of a micro agency that offers full-service creative solutions—from branding and websites to ad design and brochures. Known for her outstanding talent and versatility, she had no shortage of clients. But behind the unending stream of projects, her revenue was anything but steady.

"Some months I made double what I made other months, with absolutely no rhyme or reason. Some months I couldn't even tell you what that number was," she admits.

"Just that move alone felt like someone had lifted a 100-pound weight off my chest that I didn't even realize I was carrying. I literally felt like I could breathe again," Rassi shares. "I make double the amount of money on some projects without working any harder. My project minimum jumped from $800 to $2,500."

Rassi didn't just learn how to position her services—she now thinks like a CEO. That shift has touched everything—her systems, her sales calls, and her everyday conversations with clients.

One of her biggest wins was turning the day rate into monthly retainers for several clients, generating consistent revenue for the first time ever. Her business became clean, focused, and functional.
