From overwhelmed to empowered
How Stacey, a veteran 15+ year graphic designer, turned overwhelm into a streamlined, focused business
“I knew I had the potential to earn more and work less, but I needed help implementing better systems and processes and streamlining my business.”

For 15 years, Stacey Gindi ran a successful graphic design business, creating brochures, books, print designs, and advertising materials for nonprofits and small businesses. But despite her deep experience and talent, Stacey was feeling the strain—overworked, stretched thin, and frustrated by the lack of financial momentum.
“I had been feeling a bit overwhelmed and disorganized, taking on any project that came my way and juggling too many different types of projects and offers. I knew I had the potential to earn more, but I needed help implementing better systems and processes and streamlining my business.”
What drew Stacey to Creative CEO Academy wasn't just the promise of business growth without the burnout—it was the relief of finally finding a program that understood how creatives think, work, and build differently.
“Being amongst like-minded women was definitely a big plus for me. We are all together on this journey.”

From the very first session, Stacey dove right in—rewatching classes, taking notes, and carefully completing every assignment.
The program’s blend of mindset, negotiation tools, value-based proposals, and plug-and-play templates gave her the resources and clarity she had been missing. The Slack community became her behind-the-scenes support system, offering real-time feedback, encouragement, and connection.
“Being amongst like-minded woman was definitely a big plus for me. We were all together on this journey. We all want to learn and grow better ourselves. I feel like this community is a big part of that.”
One of Stacey’s biggest breakthroughs was realizing that doing everything herself was holding her back. With Chava’s guidance, she saw that hiring a virtual assistant—something she’d never considered—was the key. Creative CEO Academy gave her the exact process to make it happen, turning a daunting idea into a natural step forward.
“By raising my prices, delegating more, and creating focused, offer-centric packages, I gained so much more clarity and professionalism in my business.”

Through CCA, the mindset work Stacey once dismissed as “fluff” became the foundation of her growth as she stepped into her role as a true leader with clarity and purpose.
Stacey learned how to communicate her value more effectively, and found the confidence to raise her prices. She shifted away from saying yes to every project and instead built a streamlined business model with focused, strategic offers.
"By raising my prices, delegating more, and creating focused, offer-centric packages, I gained so much more clarity and professionalism in my business. It also made my sales and proposal process much easier and more effective."
Perhaps most importantly, Stacey hired her first virtual assistant—a decision she never would have made without the program’s encouragement and clarity. Hiring a virtual assistant unlocked hours of her week, allowing Stacey to step into the role of CEO and focus on the high-impact work that actually moved the needle for her business.
Today, Stacey still relies on her CCA notes and templates to guide her business. What once felt overwhelming now feels clear and manageable—and the Slack community has become a lasting network of support.
“It’s definitely worth the investment. You'll make your money back pretty quickly.”

When asked what she would tell other creative entrepreneurs considering the program, Stacey doesn’t hesitate:
"It’s definitely worth the investment. You'll make your money back pretty quickly. It's a special thing to be part of a growing like-minded group. It gives us strength to accomplish more. But Chava is the main selling point. She's very smart, very giving. The program is very thorough. She put a lot of work into it. There's a lot of value, a lot to offer. I am so happy that I have lifetime access because I can’t wait to take it again next time around.”
