Frequently asked questions

  • You can message me on Slack as often as you need to, whether that's daily, weekly, or just whenever a burning question or challenge pops up. I typically respond within one business day.

  • This package is designed for asynchronous communication via Slack to provide you with flexible, on-demand support. If you wanted to do weekly calls, it’s an additional $550 per month. Totally optional, but available if you want more hands-on support and faster momentum.

  • This is designed to be a flexible, all-purpose resource for your business. You can use our Slack channel to ask about big-picture, strategic topics like:

    • Honing your signature offer(s)

    • Improving your lead-gen and sales strategies

    • Streamlining your workflow and processes

    • Improving work-life balance

    Or day-to-day, tactical challenges like:

    • Responding to a difficult client email

    • Pricing a custom project

    • Spotting potential red flags

    • Dealing with scope creep

    Whatever you need, I'm here to provide guidance and clarity, on your timeline and at your pace.

  • As long as they're for your own business, I'm happy to review your sales pages, email sequences, opt-in forms, ad copy, or any other client-facing copy and give you my feedback. To keep things manageable, I'll review up to 2 copy review requests per month, up to 2 standard Google Doc pages (or equivalent) per request.

    For copy review, please allow 2-3 business days for turnaround.

  • While I'm happy to provide guidance and support for your business, this coaching package is not designed for direct feedback on your client-facing work.

  • You’ll start with a short questionnaire, then we’ll have a 30-minute onboarding call so I can get a clear picture of your situation, challenges, and goals. From there, we dive in. I recommend scheduling your first 45-minute call within the first two weeks to get clarity on your priorities and what to focus on first.
